Shipping Policy

All items offered on Gudmate are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

Shipping carrier: USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, Local Post...

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.

It is noted that your order processing time can be affected if initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect such as inaccurate or incomplete payment; incorrect address information and insufficient product measurements. We seek your understanding and support if it is the case.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email.

At the moment, all Gudmate's products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 8 - 15 days to receive your purchase(s), though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long the customs take, which can vary from country to country.

Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

- IR Disputes/Strikes

- Weather

- Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)

- Large or Bulky Items

- Shipping Provider Error

If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE

To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination.

RISK-FREE SHOPPING

If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. It is our promise to you!

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4 - 6 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
